New Orleans

The city of New Orleans! Is it French or Spanish or Creole?  The History of its founding is so mysterious, locked behind huge Plantations, Bayou’s and thorough out the “Vieux Carre “renowned as the French Quarter!  “The Crescent City “known for so many attractions is not just Bourbon Street which has notorious nightlife and incredible restaurants. “The Big-Easy” has Tulane, Loyola, UNO, a major port, The Saints, Street Cars it is alive 24/7. The Celebrations of all Celebrations is Carnival- Famous Mardi Gras- or Fat Tuesday. It is the biggest party anyone could ever attend.  Hey “Mister Throw me Some Beads”. You better have some or you haven’t lived. Months of parties, Balls and parades lead up to the final Day-it is a historic day for all the natives and visitors alike. Have you experienced a Huccicane, a po-boy, mufflata, or a beignet? If you haven’t then you must! This is not the city to visit if you’re starting a diet. New Orleans is world famous for its food. The Best Oysters are at Acme-garlic and grilled. New Orleans offers the ambience of cobble stone streets, gas lanterns and jazz rolling from window to window. The variety of architecture is unique from Shot Gun houses to antebellum homes. Friendly New Orleanais always greets you to their beautiful city. Relax, eat, drink and be merry as they would say it. New Orleans has everything from Antiques to ghost tours in the above ground St Louis Cemeteries. However if you’re planning a trip the Jazz and Heritage Festival is the Best, so plan accordingly and have the time of your life!
